Onsite Only Overview: A full-time SLPA is needed for the 20252026 school year in Benicia, CA. This role supports a school-based caseload under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who will be providing supervision remotely (VOCO). The selected candidate must be experienced with school-aged populations and have strong communication skills to collaborate with educators and families. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
Support a diverse caseload with a variety of speech-language needs
Assist in implementing IEP goals and maintaining progress records
Collaborate with onsite educators and support staff
Participate in team meetings and support service delivery across multiple grade levels
Caseload Information: Varied caseload across grade levels (may include elementary, middle, and/or high school students)
Students with a range of speech-language disorders, including articulation, fluency, language, and pragmatic needs
Qualifications: Valid California SLPA license
At least 1 year of school-based SLPA experience preferred
Familiarity with IEP documentation and school-based service models
Ability to work independently while taking direction from a remote SLP
Additional Information: This position is fully onsite. The supervising SLP will be available virtually for collaboration, guidance, and supervision. Candidate must be organized, flexible, and confident in delivering therapy services within a school environment.
