Hospital inpatient Start date: End of Sept 2025 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Variable days/afternoons Pay:
Competitive + housing/per diem (based on experience and location) Duties include: Sterile and non-sterile compounding in compliance with USP / Restocking automated dispensing cabinets (e.g., Pyxis, Omnicell) Fielding incoming calls to the pharmacy from nursing and other departments Preparing and labeling medications, including IV admixtures and unit dose packaging Supporting pharmacists with order entry, medication preparation, and distribution Maintaining clean and organized work areas Following hospital policies and all relevant pharmacy regulations Participating in inventory management and checking for expired medications Requirements: Active Kansas pharmacy technician license (or eligible for reciprocity) National certification (CPhT) preferred or required by the facility At least 1 year of recent inpatient/hospital pharmacy experience IV certification strongly preferred Familiarity with Epic, Cerner, Pyxis, or Omnicell is a plus Ability to work independently and adapt quickly Benefits: Competitive weekly pay Housing stipend and/or per diem Travel reimbursement Health, dental, and vision insurance Recruiter support Possible licensing assistance If you're ready to bring your skills to a new city and make a difference in patient care, apply now to join a hospital pharmacy team in Kansas.
