This role is focused on enhancing the educational and developmental outcomes of students through tailored therapeutic interventions. Qualifications: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field. Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic techniques and assessments. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and implement therapy programs to address students individual needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes. Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for students therapeutic needs. Provide direct therapy services in accordance with established plans. Stay informed about best practices and trends in school-based therapy.
