Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes in compliance with school and state guidelines. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Qualifications: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Missouri. Experience working effectively with children and adolescents in a school environment. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, families, and educational staff. Ability to implement innovative and individualized therapy approaches.
