A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Pediatric and School-based experience is needed to support an elementary school setting in Aurora, IL. This contract position covers a maternity leave from November through mid-March for the upcoming school year. This role is ideal for an SLP holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) who specializes in pediatric speech-language services within educational environments.
Key Qualifications:
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
Experience working with pediatric populations
Background in school-based speech-language pathology
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with educators and families
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
Evaluate and assess students communication needs
Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student progress
Maintain accurate records and reports as required by school and state guidelines
