Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Provide counseling and support to students facing emotional, behavioral, or social challenges. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, offering professional insight and recommendations. Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant federal and state regulations governing school psychology practices. Desired Qualifications: Valid credential or license as a School Psychologist. Experience working in K-8 school settings preferred. Strong assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication abilities for interacting with students, families, and staff. Knowledge of educational laws and special education processes.
