Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning and modifying therapy goals. Provide a positive and encouraging environment to promote student confidence and growth. Desired Qualifications: Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program. Relevant SLPA certification or licensure as required by the state of Florida. Experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably K-12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and adapt to student needs.
