An opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist to support the development and well-being of students in a K-12 educational setting. Key Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate students physical therapy needs according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Develop and implement customized therapy plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to align therapy goals with educational objectives. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions. Provide training and support to school staff on mobility and physical intervention techniques. Qualifications: Valid license to practice Physical Therapy. Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within school environments. Knowledge of K-12 educational standards and IEP processes. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively partner with students, families, and school personnel. Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain thorough records. Location: This position is located in Oakland, California, serving students across kindergarten through grade 12.
