Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and interpret evaluation results to guide interventions and supports. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans. Offer counseling and crisis intervention to students to address mental health concerns and facilitate healthy development. Analyze student data to monitor progress and adjust strategies accordingly. Provide consultation and training to school staff on best practices for supporting diverse learners. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to special education and psychological services. Desired Qualifications: Masters or doctoral degree in school psychology from an accredited institution. Valid state certification or licensure as a school psychologist. Experience working in secondary education settings preferred. Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
