Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities, in collaboration with parents/guardians, support staff, and related service providers. Adapt and modify curriculum materials to meet the unique needs and abilities of students with disabilities, ensuring accessibility and promoting learning. Employ a variety of instructional strategies, accommodations, and assistive technologies to facilitate student engagement and success.
