A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available in a K-12 school setting located near Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This contract role will support a Medical Assistance Team (MAT) leave from August through December during the 2025/2026 school year. The position requires onsite work with a flexible full-time schedule of 30 to 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Caseload details will be provided upon hire.

Key Qualifications: Active BCBA license required Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred Ability to work full-time onsite during the contract period Primary Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plans Provide direct supervision and services to students according to individualized education programs (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain clear and accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress reports Stay current with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis to ensure effective service delivery Work Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA in an onsite school environment This contract position offers valuable experience and the opportunity to serve a diverse student population within a supportive educational setting.
