A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a K-12 school located in Scarborough, ME. This contract role spans the school year and offers 35 hours per week of onsite work. The opportunity involves providing direct speech therapy services, conducting evaluations, and completing progress reports for a diverse student population.

Responsibilities: Deliver direct services to students from PreK through 12th grade Conduct thorough evaluations and document student progress Collaborate with educators and staff to support individualized education plans (IEPs) Utilize Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) methods when appropriate (AAC experience preferred but not required) Participate in team meetings and maintain accurate records Qualifications: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to provide evidence-based therapy and maintain compliance with regulations Preferred experience with AAC devices and strategies Location: Scarborough, Maine This contract role includes working alongside two onsite SLPs in a supportive educational environment. The position requires commitment to the full school year schedule and participation in all necessary school activities related to speech-language services.
