Key qualifications and skills: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience in home health and healthcare environments Proficient in teletherapy service delivery Strong background supporting fine motor and gross motor skill development Experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in school settings is a plus Familiarity with K-12 educational environments and individualized student needs Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to each student's goals Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively to deliver remote therapy services as needed Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Document clinical notes and maintain accurate student records in compliance with protocols Adapt therapy techniques to accommodate varying student abilities within a school setting Location: Position is located in Colorado Springs, CO with service delivery on-site and via teletherapy This contract role follows the natural school year schedule and offers a meaningful opportunity to impact student functional performance and participation.
