Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring tailored to individual student needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement student-centered therapy plans. Utilize evidence-based techniques to address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive behavior. Document therapy sessions and maintain compliance with confidentiality regulations and school policies. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student achievement and well-being. Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials valid for practice in North Carolina. Experience working in school-based settings, preferably within K-12 education. Strong understanding of IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) and school-based therapeutic documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative educational team. Excellent communication skills for interaction with students, families, and school staff. Location: Position is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
