Occupational Therapist (OT & New Grads Welcome)

Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an OT
Experience working with children, preferably in schools
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of IEP processes and educational laws
Key Responsibilities: Assess students fine motor, sensory, and functional needs
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Provide direct therapy services to help students succeed in daily school activities
Collaborate with teachers and staff to support classroom accommodations and modifications
Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
Provide consultation and resources for parents and caregivers
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate
