Role Summary Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Norstella’s Strategic Intelligence product suite (Evaluate, DMHC, Biomedtracker and other strategic intelligence solutions). You will manage a multi-region product team and partner with Engineering, Content/Analyst teams, Data Science, and Go-to-Market to deliver forecasting, market intelligence, and decision support for pharma, biotech, consulting, and financial services customers.

Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define and communicate a multi-year strategy for Evaluate, Evaluate Omnium, Data Monitor Health Care, and Biomedtracker that unifies forecasting and decision-support workflows. Translate strategy into clear roadmaps with measurable outcomes, competitive positioning, and a build/partner/buy framework for advanced models and data.

Forecasting Leadership

Drive innovation across all forecasting modalities.

Advance consensus forecasting (Evaluate) with dynamic updates, expanded coverage, and risk/return views.

Enhance patient-based and epidemiology forecasts (DMHC) for deeper disease-area insights and transparent assumptions.

Integrate LOA/PTRS and catalysts (Biomedtracker) into risk-adjusted scenarios and portfolio views.

Platform & Data Integration

Partner with Engineering and Data Science to incorporate real-world data (claims, lab, EMR) where it improves forecast accuracy and scenario planning. Champion shared ontologies, APIs, and explainable models to ensure consistency and scalability across the Strategic Intelligence suite.

Execution & Delivery

Lead agile, outcome-driven development with quarterly OKRs and clear success metrics.

Ensure quality and transparency in forecasting models, instrument releases for usage analytics, and iterate quickly based on customer feedback and adoption data.

Team Leadership

Structure, recruit, and mentor a high-performing product organization.

Build career paths, foster a culture of customer closeness and evidence-based decisions, and implement rituals that scale excellence across product management and UX.

Go-to-Market Partnership

Collaborate with PMM, Sales, and CS on value messaging, packaging, and enablement.

Drive launch excellence with competitive positioning, demo readiness, and adoption programs that accelerate time-to-value for customers.

Communication & Client Engagement

Serve as a visible product leader with strong executive presence.

Communicate complex forecasting concepts in clear, compelling narratives for internal stakeholders and external clients.

Represent the product suite in client meetings, industry forums, and strategic account reviews to build trust and influence adoption.

Qualifications

10+ years in product leadership (data/SaaS) with 5+ years in life sciences or healthcare analytics.

Proven success scaling data-centric products.

Deep forecasting expertise in consensus forecasting, patient-based/epidemiology-driven forecasts, and LOA/PTRS/catalyst projections.

Strong understanding of pharma R&D and commercial strategy.

Experience with AI/ML, data visualization, and SaaS platforms.

Education / Experience Required

Degree in life sciences or related field preferred

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $230,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including skills, training, experience, education, and certifications. In addition to base salary and benefits, successful candidates may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
