Senior Product Manager - Microsoft Integrations , you will report to the VP of Product and lead the product lifecycle for Virtru Data Protection solutions that integrate with Microsoft products. The role covers integrations across Microsoft on-premises and cloud environments, including Outlook, Exchange, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Windows-based enterprise workspaces, ensuring seamless, user-friendly data protection for enterprise and government organizations. You will work with Product Management Leadership to define the future of data-centric security within hybrid Microsoft environments. As a Senior Product Manager - Microsoft Integrations, your responsibilities will include: Product Strategy & Roadmap:

Define and execute the product vision for Virtru’s Microsoft integrations, balance customer needs, market opportunities, and technical feasibility. Collaborate with leadership to set strategic priorities and allocate resources. Customer & Market Research:

Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to understand enterprise customer workflows, security requirements, and pain points in on-premises and hybrid environments. Conduct interviews and analyze usage data to inform decisions. Cross-functional Leadership:

Serve as the central hub between Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Translate business requirements into clear product specs and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Go-to-Market Collaboration:

Work with Product Marketing on positioning, launches, and sales enablement. Support competitive analysis and pricing strategy development. Data-Driven Decision Making:

Use Virtru’s analytics tools to analyze product performance, customer behavior, and market trends. Define and track key metrics to measure success and guide improvements. Stakeholder Communication:

Present product updates and roadmaps to executive leadership, customers, and internal teams. Skills that will help you thrive: Product Management Experience:

5-7+ years in B2B SaaS, preferably in enterprise security, data protection, or Microsoft-integrated solutions. Microsoft Ecosystem & Enterprise IT Understanding:

Knowledge of Exchange Server, Active Directory, Windows environments, Office apps, Office 365, and hybrid deployments; familiarity with enterprise IT and deployment practices. Security Domain Knowledge:

Familiarity with email security, data loss prevention, encryption standards, and compliance (CMMC, HIPAA, FedRAMP). Enterprise Software Experience:

Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying. Technical Acumen:

Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts; comfortable with APIs, add-ins, Group Policy, and technical documentation. Analytical Mindset:

Strong data analysis skills with product analytics experience. Communication Excellence:

Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and business audiences. Preferred:

Direct experience with Microsoft Outlook integrations, cybersecurity or data protection products, government/defense market requirements, Agile experience, Azure knowledge, and Windows/AD deployment familiarity.
