Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Techno-Functional Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP EWM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both functional and technical aspects of SAP EWM, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules. Prior experience supporting hospital environments is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize SAP EWM to meet business requirements, including warehouse structure, master data, and process design.

Define and implement warehouse processes such as inbound/outbound processing, internal movements, physical inventory, and cross-docking.

Work on RF frameworks, POSC/POCR, and mobile device integration.

Integrate SAP EWM with SAP MM, SD, PP, TM and external systems (MES, TMS, 3PL).

Develop and debug ABAP programs, enhancements, and user exits related to EWM.

Work with interfaces (IDocs, APIs, EDI) and middleware (PI/PO, CPI).

Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.

Train end-users and create documentation (functional specs, technical designs, test scripts).

Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Stay updated with SAP EWM trends including S/4HANA and embedded EWM.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM (standalone and/or embedded).

Experience with 2–3 full-cycle SAP EWM implementations.

Strong SAP EWM configuration knowledge (warehouse structure, process types, queues, work centers).

Experience with RFID, voice picking, and mobile data entry (MDE).

ABAP debugging and development skills (user exits, BAdIs, enhancements).

Understanding of warehouse management best practices (stock, labor, yard management).

Experience with interfaces (IDocs, REST/SOAP APIs, EDI).

Knowledge of SAP TM integration is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Must have experience supporting hospital environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EWM.
