Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students occupational therapy needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities Document progress and adjust interventions as necessary to meet student goals Provide direct therapy services in individual or group settings across the school environment Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in pediatric or school-based settings Familiarity with K-12 educational environments and related regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with school staff and families Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining detailed documentation Commitment to fostering students independence and participation within their educational activities Location: Elk Grove, California This role offers the chance to positively impact the lives of children by helping them develop essential skills for academic and personal success.
