Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Evaluating students motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities to support classroom participation. Delivering direct therapy interventions and monitoring student progress regularly. Maintaining thorough documentation and complying with school district policies and legal requirements. Desired qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy licensure with school-based experience. Experience working with preschool to middle school-aged children. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff. Ability to manage a moderate caseload with flexibility across two locations. Familiarity with IEP development and special education regulations.
