A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming school year in a K-12 public school setting, located in Chipley, FL. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students K-12 Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state standards Participate in meetings and assist with IEP development and review Support caseload management and scheduling for optimum service delivery Qualifications: Valid SLP certification and license to practice in Florida Experience working with school-aged children across a variety of speech and language disorders Ability to effectively manage caseloads and maintain detailed documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Flexibility and openness to pairing with a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) under virtual supervision Additional Details: Two full-time SLP positions available Opportunity to work alongside an SLPA with virtual supervision support Position duration: School Year Contract This role plays a critical part in fostering students communication abilities throughout their educational journey.
