Position Overview: Soliant Health is seeking a motivated and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. The SLPA will provide in-person speech services to approximately 55 students on their caseload, supporting the treatment plans created by Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs). The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students achieve their communication goals and be committed to delivering high-quality services. Key Responsibilities: Provide in-person speech services for all students on caseload (~55 students). Track data and maintain session notes for all students serviced. Monitor progress for all students on the caseload. Communicate with teachers regarding schedule, changes, and other relevant information. Create activities and therapy plans for students based on IEP goals and treatment plans created by the SLP.
