Document progress and report on student outcomes, adjusting support techniques as necessary. Provide support and education to teachers and parents regarding therapeutic strategies and student needs. Maintain compliance with school policies and federal regulations related to therapy services in the educational setting. Qualifications/Desired Experience: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential. Experience working in school-based occupational therapy preferred. Familiarity with K-12 student populations and developmental challenges. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
