Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student needs. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Conduct therapy sessions and provide counseling to students. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and parent conferences. Monitor and analyze student progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Maintain accurate and confidential student records.
