This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position offers the opportunity to provide critical support to K-12 students in a dynamic school environment. Situated in Scarborough, ME, this onsite role requires a dedicated professional with a current CCC-SLP certification to support speech and language development as part of a committed educational team.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver approximately 24 hours per week of direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students. Allocate 12 hours weekly for thorough documentation and collaboration with educators, parents, and administrators. Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to students needs. Monitor progress and adjust interventions to maximize student communication outcomes. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support students' academic and social growth. Preferred Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working with K-12 populations in a school setting. Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and caseload efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, families, and external providers. Schedule and Location: 36 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Onsite position based in Scarborough, ME. Current caseload includes approximately 10 students, with growth expected. This contract role aligns with the academic calendar and provides a structured environment to make a meaningful impact on students communication skills.
