An educational contract opportunity is available for an experienced paraprofessional to support K-12 students in a school setting in the Cleveland area. This position involves working alongside teachers and specialists to assist with instructional activities, classroom management, and individualized student support over the course of the school year (CSY).

Key Responsibilities: Provide direct assistance to students across K-12 grade levels, supporting their educational and developmental needs. Implement instructional strategies under teacher supervision to enhance student learning. Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning environment. Support students with diverse learning needs, including adapting materials and activities for individual requirements. Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the educational team. Qualifications: Minimum of two years of experience working as a paraprofessional in a K-12 educational setting. Ability to manage multiple caseloads and adapt to various student needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and families. Familiarity with K-12 curricula and instructional practices. Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment. Location: Mentor, OH, with available caseloads across the Cleveland area.
