Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Overland Park, KS (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Base Pay: $60,000 annually + uncapped commission
About the Role
We’re looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Provide outstanding service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding customers through processes
Document customer interactions accurately and follow up as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions
Maintain a professional, positive attitude while managing multiple customer interactions
Support initiatives for process improvement and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using computers and learning new software tools
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently under accountability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Driven by goals and motivated to earn uncapped commission
