Job Title    Customer Service Representative/Helpdesk        
Location    Tampa, FL    
Pay Rate    20/hr 

Description
• Courteously, accurately, and professionally respond to inbound calls and live chat inquiries for all Accounts Payable related end-to-end functions namely Invoice Payment, Purchase Requisitioning and Client Employee Expense Reimbursement processes
• Prepare and respond timely and accurately to email/catalog service inquiries from Client employees and vendors relating to the core processes detailed above
• Ensure all required inquiry cases are updated for each customer inquiry handled in CRM systems such as in Service Now, Resolve IT, etc.
• Review pending work and ensure supporting work function as per guidelines and managers direction
• Complete mandatory, new and refresher training as required or needed.
• Conduct or assist with training of refresher training to Customer Service representatives as needed
• Perform Call Center administrative tasks as required
• Properly address any customer escalations to supervisor or manager as per procedure
• Review individual metrics at the end of each business day, and work towards improving as well as adhering to daily schedule. Be flexible with schedule changes to ensure business needs are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in Customer Service
• Strong knowledge in two of the three core SCO service functions
• Meeting Client attendance and tardiness guidelines
• Good organizational skills and prioritization capabilities
• Working knowledge of the MS Office programs, especially MS Excel and MS Word
• Works effectively under pressure and exhibits good judgment.
• Team player
• Strong degree of reliability
• High School Diploma"
