TEKsystems is hiring: Customer Service Representative - Scheduling in Fort Colli

Description

Call center environment - inbound and outbound calls. making appointments, verifying insurance participation, and being a welcoming voice for all patients calling

Responsible for taking daily calls from patients, (already established patients) have a separate referrals team

Verifying insurance on the front end, answering any non-urgent questions, working with doctors to maximize schedules, and eventually training this individual to help triage any optical issues

Partnering with Doctors to assist in the scheduling process

Will take 80-100 inbound calls per day

Additional Skills & Qualifications

MUST

- High school diploma or GED

- min 1 year total call center experience

PREFERRED

- min 6 months healthcare experience that's patient facing - can be front desk as long as it's high call volume. understand how patient insurance & scheduling works

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
