We focus on manufactured housing communities and workforce housing. Role Summary We’re searching for a mission‑driven COO to join our founding team and build the operational backbone of our company. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day operations, legal compliance, and fund management while driving business development, deal sourcing, and strategic partnerships. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in an early‑stage environment and is passionate about pairing financial innovation with social impact. Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Build and scale internal processes, including compliance, fund administration, HR, and finance. Regulatory & Legal Oversight: Lead regulatory filings, licensing, and investor relations to ensure we exceed industry standards for transparency and protection. Deal Sourcing & Due Diligence: Identify, evaluate, and execute real‑estate investments (multifamily, manufactured housing, etc.) with an eye toward impact and long‑term value. Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with operators, investors, service providers, and community stakeholders to support growth and mission alignment. Strategic Planning: Work closely with the CEO on fundraising strategy and market expansion. Team Building & Leadership: Hire, mentor, and manage cross‑functional teams; instill a culture of accountability, inclusion, and impact. Qualifications

7–10+ years’ experience in real‑estate operations, fund management, or financial services. Preferably with demonstrable success scaling a startup or early‑stage platform. Strong understanding of fund administration processes. Track record sourcing and closing real‑estate deals and partnerships; comfortable negotiating terms and conducting due diligence. Experience managing multifunctional teams. Passion for impact investing and inclusive wealth creation, with the ability to translate mission into operational strategy. Proficiency with real‑estate financial modeling and technology platforms is a plus. What We Offer
