We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for our Merchant Growth team, within Network Growth, to make Affirm ubiquitous and a payment method accepted everywhere. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams including commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, and engineering to define, launch and grow integrations with platform partners. You should be outcomes driven with a strong bias for action and effective stakeholder management. What You'll Do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch and grow integrations with platforms such as Stripe, Adyen, etc. Define the best-in-class merchant experience throughout the merchant lifecycle with Affirm, from onboarding to getting sales with Affirm and improving conversion. Build relationships with platform partners (e.g., Stripe, Adyen) to gather feedback and insights on product performance and drive merchant growth. Define and prioritize product features and requirements to improve merchant onboarding and post-onboarding experiences. Create and manage the product roadmap for merchant growth initiatives. Develop success metrics / OKRs to measure the effectiveness of merchant growth initiatives. Work with design and engineering teams to develop and launch new products and features. Partner with commercial and product marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. What We Look For

You\'ve directly managed multiple technical software products from kick-off to post-launch – delivering meaningful business impact. Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor\'s degree in a related field. Ability to work with engineers, designers, and data analysts to iterate on product concepts and metrics. Strong discipline, organizational skills, and ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics with concrete examples of influencing decisions. Bias toward action with the ability to navigate obstacles and blockers. Ability to turn incomplete or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans. Experience shipping high-quality products on time. Familiarity with SQL and Excel for product analysis. Comfort engaging with the commercial aspects of product development, including negotiations and contract feedback. Bonus points: experience in Fintech, Lending, ecommerce, or BNPL. Pay Grade - N Equity Grade - 8 Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $190,000 - $240,000 USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $169,000 - $219,000 Affirm is remote-first. Most roles are remote, with possible office work required for certain roles. A limited number of roles remain office-based.
