Indiana Pharmacist license . Position Details: Interim assignment: 13 weeks with possible extension
Shifts: Rotating days/evenings with some weekends; overnight coverage only if needed

7:00AM3:30PM
3:00PM11:30PM
3:00PM12:00AM
11:00PM7:00AM (occasional)
Every other weekend required Responsibilities: Order verification and medication checks Clinical duties: kinetics, renal dosing, IV to PO conversions, formulary management Oversight of pharmacy technicians Collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff Required Skills & Experience: Active
Indiana Pharmacist license Recent
inpatient hospital pharmacy experience IV preparation and sterile compounding knowledge Proficiency with medication dosing and adjustments Ability to work across multiple clinical areas: Med/Surg, ICU, OR, General Inpatient, and Outpatient Technology & Systems: EPIC (training provided) Omnicell (training provided) Pharmacy Team Structure: Days: 3 pharmacists Evenings: 2 pharmacists Overnight: 1 pharmacist Support Staff: Technicians responsible for filling medications, mixing IVs, delivering meds, and responding to nursing requests Dress Code: Business casual Apply now or reach out for further inquiry:
