Proactively communicate with providers regarding any medication order concerns.
Supervise pharmacy technicians and support ongoing pharmacy operations.
Assist with formulary management, educational in-services, and participate in hospital rounds.
Requirements: Active South Carolina pharmacist license
in-hand .
Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
