Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with students speech and language needs. Provide direct therapy services to students across various grade levels, from kindergarten through 12th grade. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and district policies. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the creation of effective intervention strategies. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred. Experience working with school-aged children in K-12 settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff. Ability to manage caseload efficiently and maintain detailed records.
