We are looking for a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide speech therapy services to students in the Richmond, TX area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, student-focused environment, where you will help students enhance their communication skills and succeed in both school and everyday activities. Key Responsibilities Provide speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders. Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students. Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure growth. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student success. Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment for students. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Texas state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist. ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred. Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred, but not required. Skills and Abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a difference in students' lives. Proficiency in technology for documentation and virtual therapy when necessary.
