Open to considering SLPA applicants Job Description: Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our school-based team for the upcoming school year. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse K12 caseload, providing therapy services that help students develop and strengthen their communication skills. Responsibilities: Provide therapy sessions and interventions based on individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student progress
Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in compliance with district guidelines
Support students speech, language, and communication goals in both group and individual settings
Qualifications: SLP: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state license
SLPA: Associates or Bachelors degree in Communication Disorders and active state license
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
