School-Based SLP | Moriarty, New Mexico

A part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting in Moriarty, NM. This contract position offers the chance to work with students across all grade levels within a supportive educational environment for the current school year. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Assist with case management, including maintaining accurate documentation and tracking student progress. Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs. Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective plans. Qualifications: Current Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of New Mexico. New Mexico Public Education Department (PED) certification as an SLP. Experience working within school settings preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills to support student needs and team collaboration. Location: Moriarty, New Mexico
