Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistantto join our team at a school district in Merced. This is a full-time, school-based position working with students from PreK to 12th grade. As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologistto support students in improving their communication skills and academic success. Responsibilities : Assist the SLP in delivering speech and language therapy services to students across various grade levels (PreK-12). Implement therapy plans and activities as directed by the supervising SLP. Provide individual and small group therapy sessions focused on language development, articulation, fluency, and social communication. Document student progress and report observations to the supervising SLP. Assist in maintaining and organizing therapy materials and student records. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other school professionals. Qualifications : Valid SLPA certification or licensure in California. Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school-based setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with other educational professionals. Comfortable working with a diverse student population. Passion for helping students achieve their full potential. Benefits : Competitive pay. Full-time hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM).
