A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a K-12 school district located conveniently between San Jose and Fresno, CA. This contract role runs from ASAP through the end of the school year (EOSY), with multiple openings available due to caseload needs and to replace a VOCO therapist. Key qualifications or desired experience include: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Completion of Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience or certification as an SLP in a school setting Responsibilities and duties encompass: Conducting assessments and evaluations for speech and language disorders in K-12 students Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Delivering direct therapy to improve communication skills in various educational environments Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress Maintaining accurate records and reporting on student outcomes This role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to student development within a supportive educational environment, with a manageable caseload that reflects a range of speech-language therapy needs.
