Soliant is seeking a qualified and experienced Educational Diagnostician for a full-time position during the 20252026 school year in Texas. This role involves working closely with students, families, and school teams to assess and support students with diverse learning needs.

Conduct comprehensive educational evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services
Interpret assessment results and write formal evaluation reports
Participate in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings and support development of appropriate IEPs
Collaborate with general and special education staff, administrators, and families
Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:
Valid Texas Educational Diagnostician certification
Masters degree in Special Education, Educational Assessment, or related field
Strong understanding of IDEA and the Texas Education Code
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in school-based evaluations preferred

Hours: Full-time (exact daily hours may vary by district)
Location: Must be available for onsite services in Texas
