A full-time opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to provide essential support in a K-12 school setting near Abbeville, SC. This direct hire position offers a dynamic and rewarding role working onsite from ASAP through the end of the current school year.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive evaluations for Special Education eligibility
Assessing Specific Learning Disability using the Patterns of Strengths and Weaknesses (PSW) model
Evaluating students for Autism Spectrum Disorder, Emotional Disturbance, Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD
Collaborating with school staff to develop appropriate intervention plans
Documenting findings and providing detailed reports
Ideal candidates will possess a valid South Carolina School Psychologist License and have demonstrated experience in administering and interpreting diverse psychological assessments within a school environment. Candidates should be prepared to discuss specific assessment approaches during a virtual interview.
