We are seeking a
full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
to join our dynamic team and provide services to students from
PreK-12 . This is an
itinerant position
covering eight schools within the supervisory union. Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Implement individualized treatment plans to address students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
Document and monitor student progress, maintaining accurate and timely records.
Collaborate with the supervising OT to adjust treatment goals and strategies as needed.
Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and administrators to ensure coordinated care.
Travel between eight schools within the supervisory union to provide services.
Qualifications: Associate's degree from an accredited COTA program.
Current and valid state COTA license.
Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation is required.
