This opportunity is for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide therapy services to elementary school students. The position is located in Spartanburg, SC, and requires expertise in pediatric speech and language development within a school setting. This is a contract role for the upcoming school year.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy to students with communication disorders, addressing articulation, language, fluency, and voice challenges. Conduct screenings and comprehensive assessments to accurately identify students therapy needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, collaborating closely with educators and parents to establish measurable goals. Maintain thorough documentation and monitor student progress in compliance with state and district regulations. Work alongside teachers, special education teams, and administrators to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing to goal setting and progress evaluation. Manage a caseload of students to ensure timely, consistent, and effective therapy delivery. Preferred Qualifications: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, preferably within a school system. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, families, and school staff. Knowledge of state and district regulations related to speech therapy services in schools. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and maintain detailed records.
