Soliant is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team on a contract basis at a respected medical facility nearShreveport, LA. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient care in an inpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use.
Review and interpret physician orders, monitor drug therapy, and provide drug information to healthcare staff.
Participate in clinical pharmacy services, including therapeutic drug monitoring and pharmacokinetic dosing.
Contribute to interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with medical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Pharm.D or B.S. in Pharmacy with relevant experience.
Current licensure in the state of Louisiana.
Inpatient pharmacy experience preferred.
