August 20, 2025 June 11, 2026 Position Overview: We are hiring three onsite Speech-Language Pathologists for full-time positions for the 20252026 school year in Santee, CA. These roles support K12 students, providing direct speech-language services and collaborating with school teams to meet student goals. Interviews are being scheduled immediately. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to K12 students
Conduct assessments and write reports
Participate in IEP development and meetings
Collaborate with educators, parents, and related staff
Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with policies
Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid California SLP license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
ASHA CCC preferred; CFY candidates considered
Previous school-based experience preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation for this position ranges from $50 to $55 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
