A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in an elementary school setting serving students from pre-kindergarten through 5th grade. This contract role spans the current school year, providing specialized speech and language support to a diverse caseload of approximately 40 to 45 students. The position offers a structured schedule Monday through Friday with consistent hours to support work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students aged PK-5. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication disorders. Provide direct therapy services to students on a mid-sized caseload. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress. Maintain detailed documentation, progress notes, and compliance with educational standards. Participate in team meetings and contribute to communication goals within the educational setting. Qualifications and Experience: Valid state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with school-aged children in educational environments preferred. Strong knowledge of speech-language development, disorders, and intervention strategies. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and maintain accurate records.
