Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students aged PK-5. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication disorders. Provide direct therapy services to students on a mid-sized caseload. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress. Maintain detailed documentation, progress notes, and compliance with educational standards. Participate in team meetings and contribute to communication goals within the educational setting. Qualifications and Experience: Valid state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with school-aged children in educational environments preferred. Strong knowledge of speech-language development, disorders, and intervention strategies. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and maintain accurate records.
