A full-time, school-based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position is available for the upcoming school year in San Jose, CA. This contract role supports Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapy services to students with communication disorders in an educational setting.

Responsibilities: Assist in designing and implementing individualized speech and language therapy plans Deliver direct speech and language therapy under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists Document student progress and maintain accurate records Collaborate with educators, therapists, and parents to support student success Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities Qualifications: Associates degree in a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or a Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current California SLPA license required Prior experience working in a school environment preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Location:
