Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress reports. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school environment. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in an educational setting. Strong knowledge of speech and language developmental milestones and intervention strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a caseload of 20-30 students effectively.
