A full-time Occupational Therapist is sought to provide specialized services to an elementary school Autism caseload within a home health and teletherapy setting. Collaborate with educators and families to develop individualized treatment plans to support student success. Document therapy sessions and maintain compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements. Participate in credentialing and continuing education activities to remain current with best practices. Qualifications: Valid Delaware Occupational Therapist license required. Experience working in school settings preferred, though candidates with healthcare, home health, or teletherapy backgrounds will be considered. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to delivering both direct and indirect occupational therapy services in an educational context.
