Elementary Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a full-time, school-based position at one elementary school. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting a manageable caseload of approximately 40 students in a collaborative and student-centered environment. Responsibilities: Provide direct therapy services to elementary-aged students with a variety of communication disorders.
Conduct speech and language evaluations, write assessment reports, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to ensure effective communication strategies are implemented across school settings.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide ongoing communication with families regarding student progress.
Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs are welcome to apply.
Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required.
